On February 8th, our Local GOAT crew set out for a perfect winter adventure, blending movement, challenge, and well-deserved relaxation. We took on the iconic B Hill in Brigham City, followed by an incredible sauna experience at Willard Bay Sauna—a combo that proved to be the ultimate reset for both body and mind.
Hiking the B: A Short but Steep Climb
The hike to the Brigham City “B” is a local favorite—a short but steep trek that gets your heart pumping while rewarding you with sweeping valley views. Fortunately, the trail was not covered in snow, so we had a relatively smooth hike. We powered through the incline, taking breaks to soak in the views and snap a few photos. Reaching the “B”felt like a true Local GOAT victory, especially with the crisp air and sunshine peeking through the clouds, making for a picture-perfect morning.

Sauna & Cold Plunge: The Ultimate Recovery
After the hike, we made our way to Willard Bay Sauna for a well-earned recovery session. If you’ve never tried a traditional sauna followed by a cold plunge, let’s just say—it’s a game changer! The warmth of the sauna melted away any tension from the hike, while the cold plunge delivered an exhilarating reset. Some of us braved multiple rounds of hot-cold therapy, and by the end, we left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.
