Each trip will vary in cost, depending on the level of luxury and 3rd party vendors and guide companies used throughout the trip. We do try to keep our costs as low and as competitive as possible through partnerships and donations.

Most trip prices will include accommodations, rental car(s) and estimated gas, cost of activities and/or entrance fees to parks, and a daily food credit. Please check each trip description for details on what is/what isn’t covered. Our goal at GOAT is to ensure you have the best trip possible without having to lift a finger or worry about what comes next.

Each trip will range in varying levels of physical exertion, so you’ll want to check the trip description before you book. Even our most chill trips will still have some level of activity, so don’t expect a week long spa vacation! The trip descriptions will have more details on expected mileage and elevation gain as well as any specific requirements. For example, oftentimes horseback riding adventures may have a weight limit, and canyoneering adventures may have a size requirement to fit in the slot canyons. At the end of the day, we won’t leave you behind, and our GOAT participants are always encouraging and supportive along the way. Please reach out with any questions before you book to ensure the trip is a good fit.

We only ask that participants be over the age of 18 – that is our only requirement! While GOAT is mainly advertised to women in their late-20s to mid-40s, you’re welcome to join a trip if you’re outside of the range and can meet the physical requirements of the trip. Stay tuned in the future, as GOAT may launch new trips focused on Mother/Daughter trips, Sorority-Sister trips, or other “themed” trips to encourage participation of all ages.

That is not a problem. In the weeks leading up to each trip, your guide will reach out to your group and ask a variety of questions pertaining to dietary and medical needs to ensure we have you covered appropriately. Generally, we try to find restaurants that accommodate most dietary needs, and when cooking meals at the accommodation, we’ll adhere to any restrictions given. Additionally, GOAT participants are encouraged to bring their own favorite snacks to help supplement any other meals provided.

At GOAT, we strive to foster a sense of community and sisterhood (while maintaining an affordable cost), which means that most trips will have double (or triple) occupancy rooms. On the sign up form, you can designate whether you’re open to having your own room, and we will do our best to accommodate, when possible.

At this time, discounts and sales are not offered broadly on the advertised trips. Repeat GOAT participants can automatically receive a $100 discount.

Payments can be made via check or credit/debit card through our secure payment pages. Once confirmed for an upcoming trip, you’ll receive an email from G.O.A.T. with a special link to pay your deposit and make subsequent payments.

At this time, yes, as it can be difficult to manage trip logistics otherwise. If there are any concerns you have about a specific adventure or activity, please connect with GOAT prior to the trip to learn more and discuss options. We do understand that some women may need more alone time than others, and some may want to spend time calling home to check in – we strive to make enough time in the schedule to do these things without impacting the activity of the trip.

Unfortunately, at this time GOAT trips are reserved for women over the age of 18. Please leave your pets, children, husband, and partners at home.

Yes! Please email girlsonlyadventuretrips@gmail.com to inquire about a custom trip. We are happy to plan a trip for you and/or attend and help guide, as needed.

Once your booking is confirmed you’ll receive an email confirmation along with details of how to access your GOAT account on www.girlsonlyadventuretrips.com . Here you can access the trip roster, packing list, medical waiver, and other details related to the trip.

Tips are not required, as a small “planning fee” is included in the overall trip cost. However, additional tips are appreciated when given. We work hard behind the scenes to make sure every aspect of your trip is an excellent experience – from researching locations and hikes, to planning food and snack options, there is no detail left uncovered. Generous tips can range from 10-20% of the total trip cost.

We try our hardest to keep our costs as low as possible and stick to the advertised pricing, however, unforeseen circumstances can arise – gas prices can change, weather can restrict certain activities causing us to divert and find a different activity, etc. Additionally, trip participants are responsible for their own alcohol, souvenirs, and food costs over the daily per diem amount, so it is very likely you will still receive an invoice for incidentals following the trip.

When you find a trip you’re interested in joining, you can submit the “Request a Reservation” form at the bottom of the trip detail page. Once G.O.A.T has confirmed you’re eligible to attend (the trip isn’t full, etc), you’ll receive an email from G.O.A.T. confirming acceptance and instructions to pay your deposit, which is 10% of the total trip cost. Once your deposit is paid, you’ll be added to the trip roster.
